Dayi Liu's love of people, together with his background in business and management, and a will to succeed, make him an ideal candidate for real estate. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2005 with a law major from China's Dalian University, Dayi has settled easily into Kiwi life and contributed to the well-being of the community. Driven by a strong work ethic and a set of core values, including honesty and integrity, Dayi has demonstrated his ability to achieve. As a restaurant owner he became familiar with the service industry and in a management role for a local flower nursery he developed a range of professional skills. He thrives on a challenge and has the internal motivation to get on in life. Dayi's warm, friendly nature allows him to comfortably mix, work and relate to people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. He has an ingrained desire to help people and serve his community. In steering his career into real estate, Dayi chose to align himself with Lugtons due to the company's local roots. Moreover, Lugtons structure and support allows him to build a strong business based on innovative marketing, broad networks, strong administrative support and refined systems. Having been a long-term Hamilton resident, Dayi has a good knowledge of the city. He enjoys making friends, playing basketball and travelling.
