Steady is the dominant theme for the Hamilton Residential market in June. Sales didn’t really dip after a softish May; as they normally do when we head into the winter months.

Positively they were up on the same time last year and signalled that people had got used to the volatile international landscape and started getting on with their lives in June.

Days to Sell are quite constant and the Median Sale price is very steady as well.
